5 Cycle Breath

This 5 cycle breath is the most important breath that you will use in your journey of self development. First it connects your mind and body together to function as one unit. This breath also triggers the deep state needed to access and clear the energy. These 5 breaths are a cycle that you will repeat 3 times. The second half of the breathing process is waiting for about 2 - 3 minutes while the effect of the breathing wears off.
